Apex Medical Fully Acquires - SLK Vertriebs GmbH and SLK Medical
September 10, 2020, Taiwan – Apex Medical Corp. (TWSE listed Company, 4106.TW) announces a full acquisition of SLK Vertriebs GmbH and SLK Medical GmbH, the leading manufacturer and service provider in Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (IPC), Hoist and Pressure Area Care in Germany.
SLK is established by a group of health care professionals that has been perfected in cooperation with physicians, nursing staff and retail partners. The product development has been attached great importance to balancing therapeutic efficacy, user friendliness and economic efficiency to tailor the patient’s needs. “We’re proud to be part of a corporation like Apex medical that continues to invest in healthcare solutions,” said Oliver Otte, Managing Director of SLK.

The cooperation with Apex Medical will also equip SLK with more resources, including the introduction of high-end mattresses such as Serene, Pro-care series and other products to enable SLK to gradually move to hospital business.
